.洛阳古代艺术博物馆
洛阳古代艺术博物馆（原洛阳古墓博物馆）座落于洛阳飞机场东侧，距市区6公里，占地150余亩，建筑面积8200平方米。是我国第一座以历代典型墓葬为主要陈列内容的专题性博物馆，也是世界上规模最大的展示中国古代葬俗制度演变轨迹的特色博物馆。
洛阳古代艺术博物馆分为两大展区。历代典型墓葬展区搬迁复原了上自两汉、下迄宋金的古代墓葬25座。其中的西汉“打鬼图”和“卜千秋升仙图”等9座墓室壁画，堪称古代绘画艺术的瑰宝。仿汉代陶楼模型建筑的墓志石刻馆，设计新颖、造型别致，展出洛阳地区出土的历代墓志石刻数百方（件），是研究古代墓志演变、葬俗、礼仪、书法艺术的窗口。北魏帝王陵区以宣武帝景陵为中心，集中展示了北魏帝王陵寝制度的基本面貌。景陵冢丘巍峨，气势壮观，玄宫幽邃，风格朴实，显示着帝陵的宏大气派。江阳王元乂墓墓室顶部绘有一副大型天象图，是研究我国古代天文学的一份弥足珍贵的实物资料。
馆区地面建筑由仿汉代、北魏两组建筑群组成，规模宏大、古朴典雅。院内珍花异木，郁郁葱葱，松柏修竹，四季常青。草木花竹掩映这庄严肃穆的殿阁和迂回曲折的游廊，环境优雅，景色宜人，堪称以座山顶公园式的博物馆，是人们旅游观光，休闲娱乐的好去处。
LUOYANG MUSEUM OF ANCIENT ARTS
Located at Mangshan town, in the northen suburbs of LuoYang, LuoYang museum of ancient arts is the first modern special museum in china making ancient arts as the basic theme of display.
The museum consists of two sections, the east and the west, in the easternsection, along the axis of the southen to the northen, a string of main buildings which imitare the Han style, stand erect, by turns, Taixu hall, XuanTang hall and Qiongge hall。twenty_five ancient tombs spanning the period from Western Han to the Nothern Song Dynasty, were lifts and restores here. By visiting these tombs, you can get a glimsp of the developmental trace of Chinese ancient burial system, Imitative the shape of the pottery-building -model of Han Dynasty, the exhibition hall of inscription and stone engravings is interesting and novel in design and shape. In it, above two hundred pieces of inscription and stone engravings are displayed, it is a window for the study of the ancient society. In the western section, the Northern Wei royal mansoleum stands erect on the center, the royal’s power and dignity.
In the museum, trees and flowers grow lushly all round year, air in clean and fresh, birds sing sweetly. Since offcially opening to the public in 1987, the museum has became an important attractive scenery of Louyang for touring and broadening mind.
