Located in Chenhe Village, Houshi Town 30 kilometers away from the east of Luoyang. Tangseng Temple was built in memory of Xuan Zang as a traveler, translator, and Buddhist of the Tang Dynasty. Well-preserved in the temple is a great hall, which was rebuilt in the 30th year (1904) during the period of Emperor Guanxu. Around the temple are rolling mountains with a pleasant environment.
